the hotel sits in a very central location. bus stops were only a short walk away, made tours accessible. the staff were helpful and friendly.

the room felt more like a budget hotel. i found some aspects of the room less than ideal. the shower tended to flood the bathroom.

i was greeted with friendly staff. they offered suggestions for local spots i might like. the breakfast had good variety , and it was tasty. the hotel's location is superb in the downtown area.

the mini bar prices were quite high.

I found the staff super friendly. Every single member was so accommodating! they were all such a pleasure to be around. the lobby and rooms had a lovely design, i thought! the spa was wonderful too.

the breakfast was very basic with not many healthy options.
